OPEN Talk: Remote Learning para sa SPED at Katutubo, Paano nga ba?

In this episode of OPEN Talk, Dr. Jaspare Dumdum Vargas Barrido and Mr. Keneth S. Banes talked about remote learning for SPED and IPs. Banes shared that residents of Iloilo’s lack of knowledge regarding the Alternative Learning System (ALS) gave them a challenge to face; in which they carefully reached out to, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Barrido stated that teaching in ALS is not solely because of the profession but also teaching from the heart, mind and spirit. Their experience as ALS facilitators and mobile teachers gave them mesmerizing insights when doing house-to-house learning or distribution of learning materials.
