COMMUNITY-HIGHER EDUCATION ENGAGEMENT: ETHICAL RESPONSIBILITY AND ETHICAL PRACTICE
Dr. Grace Aguiling-Dalisay
Dr. Grace Aguiling-Dalisay is Registered Psychologist and a Certified Specialist in Developmental Psychology. She has spent the past 35 years of her professional life in the joint worlds of the academia and civil society. Early in her career, alongside teaching and research duties at the University of the Philippines Diliman, Prof. Aguiling-Dalisay served as a volunteer psychologist for a national organization devoted to the rehabilitation of children in difficult political circumstances and armed conflict. She was Research Director for a television show on children’s development and was actively involved in youth-based service programs.
Dr. Dalisay is the current Dean of the College of Social Sciences and Philosophy (CSSP), UP Diliman. She is also Chair of the Outreach Committee of the Psychological Association of the Philippines, as well as President of the Volunteer Organizations Information Coordination and Exchange (VOICE) Network.
