I was so sad how depressing the scenario in this case. They really lack assistance even in the community level. Government must act on this particularly the MSWDO for assessment, assistance and the corresponding intervention.
A typical case of a family having a special child as a member. They rely on their own and do not have information how to access external aid (from the government, its agencies, or charitable institutions). The least that the public could do is to accept and respect the special children in the society. The interviewee gave very honest answers.
