Atty. Arnel Casanova
Atty. Arnel Casanova, President and CEO of Bases Conversion and Development Authority, a state-owned enterprise developing former US military bases into urban districts, freeports, and economic zones, is involved in the development of Bonifacio Global City, the prime central business district in the Philippines and of Subic and Clark Freeport Zones. He is a founding executive council member of the Urban Land Institute-Philippines and Asia Society’s Young Leader. He has degree in Law, English Studies, and Urban Planning from University of the Philippines and Master in Public Administration (Finance) from Harvard Kennedy School.
He received the Philippine Legion of Medal for his work in the peace process.
