Dr. Philip Ian P. Padilla finished his Bachelor of Science in Biology at UP Visayas. He took his Doctor of Medicine at the University of the Philippines Manila. He obtained his Doctor of Philosophy in Medical Science at the Institute of Tropical Medicine, Nagasaki University, and a Postgraduate Diploma on Research & Development of Products to Meet Public Health Needs at Nagasaki University and Thammasat University.
