Towards Good Water Governance | Dr. Agnes Rola

Dr. Agnes Rola obtained her BSc. in Statistics and MSc. in Agricultural Economics at the University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) and her PhD. in Agricultural Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She teaches econometrics, production economics, policy analysis, and mixed methods of research at the UPLB’s College of Public Affairs and Development. Her research interests include the field of economics, policy and institutional aspects of sustainable agriculture, and natural resources management. Her expertise and decades of instruction, research, and extension have earned her the recognition as a member of the Philippine National Academy of Science and Technology and in the boards of several international agricultural research centers and research programs.
