Dr. Pamela Constantino is a Professor of Filipino and former chair at the Department of Filipino, UP Diliman. She finished her AB, MA and Ph. D. Philippone Studies in U.P. Diliman, specializing in the field of Filipino Language: Socialinguistics, Psycholinguistics and History. She is currently a faculty resource person of the Graduate Diploma in Cultural Education, Philippine Cultural Education program of the National Commission on Culture and Arts (NCCA). She is also a member of the Technical Committee for Filipino, Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and a consultant for Filipino curriculum of the Philippine Science High School. She completed her research on a comparative study of Language Planning in education in Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines.
